CRM Consultants are given a variety of responsibilities related to the implementation of Sage Accpac CRM. Utilizing their strong business skills, CRM Consultants work within a team environment and are assigned specific portions of the project to execute. These responsibilities include such tasks as Project Planning, Business Process Analysis, report customization, custom programming, customization and end user training.
The highest degree of your proficiency with the following is essential to ensure the clean rollout of a fully successful CRM implementation:
- Hands-on experience with fully implementing Sage Accpac CRM or similar CRM software systems
- Good knowledge of business processes in various industries
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Database structures (eg: DB2 ™, MS-SQL ™, MS-Access ™, etc.)
- Proficiency with all standard Microsoft Office ™ applications
- Knowledge of various Operating Systems (eg: Windows ™, Linux, etc.), preferred
- Crystal Report ® design/customization
- Some knowledge of SQL scripting
