CA-Plus Inc., A leading reseller of Sage Software products, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales & Customer Service Associate.
Responsibilities Include:

Inbound Calls Management
-
Customer Service
-
Post-sale Client Relationship Management – Preparing Software Invoices (Sage Accpac Order Entry), Follow up with clients in regards to payment method and software delivery.

Post-sale Process Management including preparing purchase orders, placing orders with suppliers, receiving software and activation codes for the software.
-
Scheduling of Service Consultants for customer appointments
-
General Sales Support
-
Reviewing Inbound sales leads from different sources, entering details in CRM system, and assigning to sales representatives

Filing/Faxing/Scanning documents
-
Scheduling Shipping
-
Maintain and update customer data base in CRM and accounting systems.

General Office duties
The ideal candidate will have:
-
One (1) or more years experience in an office environment;
-
Direct customer contact;
-
Exposure to a sales/customer service environment,
-
Knowledge and use of a PC and MS Office Applications;
-
Excellent verbal, written communications and strong interpersonal skills; and
-
Strong initiative and self-motivation
